Illuminating path unofficially traced in 1997 by real vinifications made in the garage and concretized in 2003 with the purchase of a cellar based in Ariano Irpino. Cantina Giardino today has about 7 hectares of vineyards in Fiano, Greco, Aglianico and Coda di Volpe, all conducted in organic viticulture and with vines that reach up to 100 years. This Cuvee is a short maceration of Aglianico one of the most aristocratic grape in all the planet, spontaneous fermentation with no SO2 at any stage like all your wines. Think a kriek Lambic with balsamic acidity and sharp razor energy.
