A hommage to Antonio and Daniella’s daughter Sophia, this cuvee is always a pleasure to drink. The wine is macerated and left on skins for around 1 year in a clay amphora that was made from locally sourced clay. After it is pressed off and finished off in acacia and chestnut. The balance is seamless, now, and will age with absolute grace - just like Sophia! - Giorgio
