Chappy’s was born in 2018 when Chef Harry Stephens started serving freshly made potato crisps in little paper bags at a local Melbourne brewery. Chappy’s chippies are crafted by hand, kettle-cooked in batches the old fashioned way, giving them oodles of personality, flavour, and texture. They use local spuds (non gmo) and premium first press sunflower oil (non gmo) and all of their ingredients are 100% natural, vegetarian, gluten free and allergy free. Their natural flavours are tailor-made in house.
