If there ever was a wine that spoke of Summer parties and breezes, it was this one. White cherry and pink grapefruit that feels washed over with an almost stoney, flinty aroma, pouring salmon pink in the glass. Hibiscus and rose waft hazily, making it lightly floral. Tibouren is an obscure variety, rarely seen outside of Provence, that lovers of Pineau d’Aunis, Cinsault or lighter Cabernet Francs will get a lot of enjoyment from. Clos Cibonne cultivates the majority of it, and at the top of their game might we add!
