Delinquente - 2025 'Tuff Nutt' Bianco Pet Nat

The Sherwood Estate vineyard by the proud family in Loxton has the only planting of Bianco d’Alessano in Australia with the vines coming up to 15 years old and looking as healthy and strong as ever.  Fermented in stainless steel with wild vineyard yeast, the wine was bottled under crown seal to finish ferment, resulting in the Petillant Naturel, lightly sparkling style. 
Bianco d’Alessano doing Bianco d’Alessano things this year – held up through the heat well, we picked it almost all the red varieties, and it still came in under 10% alcohol! Fruit forward but not as tropical as previous vintages – more of a golden delicious apple skin, dry tart pear vibe, with that juicy citrus backbone. Spritzy lemonade icypole in wine format, delicious as ever, you know?
