The Negroamaro for this wine was sourced from the Bassham Family Organic and Biodynamic vineyard in Barmera – third generation grape growers who have introduced Southern Italian varieties into their vineyards with great success. Fermented in stainless steel with wild vineyard yeast, the wine was bottled under crown seal to finish ferment, resulting in the Petillant Naturel style. Amaya is all-time this year. Allan's raspberry jube lolly, like a nostalgic pop in the brain, bright juicy and fun. Coats the mouth nicely but moreish with a minty dryness, rhubarb fruity bitterness. Summer sunshine medicine.
