A blend of Pressed Riesling Juice and Pressed Pinot Noir. The Riesling is from Dash Farm and the Pinot Noir is from Doug’s Vineyard. Aged in stainless steel on fine lees for 15 months.
As previously mentioned, it is a darker shade for rose sitting closer to the chilled red. It leaps from the glass with aromas of cooked strawberry, forest floor, orange rind and candied rhubarb. To taste the red fruits are prominent, the texture is mouth filling and the finish is refreshing.
