100% Shiraz from Faraday, on Granite and also a block where the Granite meets Sandstone (very nice).Gently whole bunch pressed to barrel, wild ferment without addition. Blend to tank after ferment and racked a couple of times with some sulphur before bottle. Unfinned / unfiltered. - Fiasco.
