Fontaine - All of the Nelson

At Fontaine, our love for Nelson Sauvin hops runs deep and in this brew, it’s all we used. Mash hopped with Nelson in the boil, Nelson hop oil in the whirlpool, dry hopped with Nelson Cryo and freestyle Nelson Hop Kief, then fermented with Sauvignon Blanc yeast and cold lagered.

This beer was crafted with Dingemans Pilsner Malt, Malted Wheat & Chit, hopped with Nelson Sauvin in all its forms. - Beer Fontaine.
