When making this beer we threw everything at it, using processes we’ve been refining over the past 2 years. This is step 1 in a long line of hoppy beer experiments we have in the pipeline.
This beer was crafted with Pale, Pilsner, Chit & Malted Oats, Phantasm, plus Thiol Boosters. Mash hopped with Riwaka & Nelson Sauvin from NZ Hops, Cryo Mosaic hops, Garston Motueka & Motueka Hop Kief from freestyle. - Beer Fontaine.
