It’s a ballad of bright red fruits, plump red cherries, crisp lace blouse and sprinkles of spice. Savoury, with a tasty talc-like tannin. Grapes saw 2 days on skins, fermented in barrel and stainless, before resting in barrel for 12 months. Light, textural, sensual — this is your new favourite any-time wine.
