Sauvignon Blanc from the Central ranges of NSW hits the sweet spot for us. A blend of grapes from different altitudes and climates helps to create the perfect balance of juicy tropical notes and fresh minerality. A refreshing style of Savvy B that's somewhere in the middle of New Zealand and France. It has delicious tropical notes a-la NZ but in a ‘not so in your face’ way, combined with the more subtle grassy character reminiscent of France. Heaven.
