2021 Frankly This Wine Was Made By Bob White Pet-Nat - Another whirlwind pet-nat from Bob and Tom. Freshness at all time maximum here. 'A blend of predominately riesling and sauvignon blanc, with an addition of Gewurztraminer. Like the 2019 vintage it was blended to give you a wine that tastes a bit like alcoholic solo. So crushable, so complex and joyful. All of this fruit is grown on the organic vineyards of Cargo Road and Boree Lane in the cool climate of Orange.' 12% abv.

2020 Giovino Gio Bianco - Cataratto that is the perfect placement for an everyday white. Tastes of summer. Couple of days on skins, but not a skinsy one. Pure and fresh. Zesty citrus, lemon and orange, orange blossoms and underripe pineapple. 'This is a wine that will transport you to Sicily.... drinking it is like tanning in its sunshine and bathing in its salty cool sea' 11.9% abv.

2021 Les Fruits 'Peu de Peau' Sauvignon Chardonnay - Missing from Tim's release last year the P de P is back. Principally Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc from Oakbank blended with a portion of McLaren Vale Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from high in the ranges fermented on skins then aged in old French oak for 8 months. More orange than yellow in colour. Nose is Cotties orange cordial with some spice and dried herbs adding complexity.  On the palate we get a herbaceous, oily and rounded mouth feel. Lush fruit of orange and mangoes. Finishing with a tart lemon and salted grapefruit burst. Summer in a bottle. 

2021 Gentle Folk 'Rainbow Juice' - With arguably one it's best years in 2021, the Rainbow Juice speaks for itself. A blend of many varietals, it's like watermelon juice for drinkers. Crispy acidity, lots of flavour and etherally light.

2021 Notwasted x Year Wines Chilled Red - Luke and us have butt heads this year for a playful, delicious and summer appropriate red. Raspberries and pink lady apples, yes as crunchy as a red apple, it's dry as a bone but very very juicy. A blend of Cabernet (80), Mourvèdre (15) and then little bits of Riesling (3) and Muscat de Petit Grains (2) for a hint of aromatics.  Luke has sourced grapes from parcels all run organically, no filtering, no fining and tiny amounts of sulphur. Chill down and take to a weekend day session in the park, at the beach or in the yard. Enjoy. 12.4% abv.

2021 Little Reddie Nebbiolo Refosco Red - 87% Nebbiolo, 13% Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso. The new red is derived from a multitude of picks and ferment methods from all five blocks of red grapes worked with across Colbinabbin. It’s made and blended according to the needs of the wine as these individuals become one, a holistic expression of the two grape varieties grown on the one spectacular hill. A see through plum red colour, with plum aromas, blackberries and raspberries. Super fruit forward but very fresh and alive
