Crystal clear. Assertive bitterness. Sticky resin. This modern West Coast IPA throws dank Strata hops at the front, backed by Amarillo and Nelson Sauvin for citrus and tropical lift. A light malt backbone keeps things balanced before a long, dry finish that demands another mouthful. - Jervis Bay Brewing Co.
