A fusion of umeshu made with Nankobai ume from Oita and Japanese Black Tea from Shizuoka. Sweet, tangy and delightfully bitter with notes of green anise, dried apricot, bergamot, cardamon and earthy botanicals. Serve neat, over ice, or long with soda.
