Konpira Maru - 2021 'Class M Planet' - Non-Alcoholic

The Konpira boys playing around with a non-alc (well 0.1% abv.) Dolcetto from the King Valley, whereby alcohol is removed by this brand spanking new technology to Australia, pervaperation. Allegedly one of the best for retaining everything but the alcohol. So this isn't a faux wine, it is a de-alcoholized, fully fermented wine.

Treat it like a chilled red. Full of freshness and bright aromatics. Plums and strawberry gum aromatics. The palate is light and fresh as a daisy with refreshing acidity and chalky tannins. 0.1% abv.
