Old vine McLaren Vale Grenache from Fi Wood in Blewitt Springs blended with young Cinsault from Wayne Ahrens. Carbonic Matrimony for 3 weeks. Foot crushed and macerated for a couple of days before pressing about halfway to dryness and finished as a blend in tank before heading to large old barrels.
