Made By Monks - 2022 'Turning of the Fagus'

Schönburger from the North East of Tasmania here. Spends one month on skins and all closed up to retain aromatics. Textural and rich. Rose petals and lychees on the nose, honey and caramelised pears on the palate. Enjoy!
