It produces wines with a unique flavor profile characterized by citrus blossom, almond, chamomile, and subtle stone fruit like peach or apricot. Our Inzolia fruit was hand picked from the Murray Darling region of Victoria and lovingly pressed and made on Wonnarua Country, in the Hunter Valley region of NSW. Medium body, bright acidity, flavors of lemon zest, green apple, pear, and light salinity. Nutty or herbal finish with a mineral backbone. Millie and Rojer, Winemakers.
