The younger sibling wine to our iconic Ceres Hill Barbera. With allocations getting smaller each year, this is the wine to stock up on. Harvested from the sandy end of the Ceres Hill vineyard (overlooked by the restaurant dining room). Fermented with wild yeast in small open vats. The characteristics of this part of the vineyard are smaller bunches with smaller berries, resulting in more concentrated flavours and softer acidity.
