The  Montepulciano Senzaniente 2020  by Marina Palusci  is a  natural wine  from Abruzzo. It is part of the new line of wines of the company, with an essential label and a precise identity: Senza Niente is a wine that speaks of Abruzzo and nothing else, without anything added, starting from sulfur. Fermented grape juice and not filtered or harnessed. Grape variety with concentrated skin extract which, however, if vinified delicately, is capable of giving a wine a beautiful structure. Strong, precise tannin, juicy fruit. They decided to create the transparent bottle to appreciate the great vitality in the color of Montepulciano. Obtained from hand-picked Montepulciano grapes, destemmed and placed in steel fermenters to macerate for 28 days, it then undergoes refinement in steel tanks on the fine lees for 8 months and bottled without filtration or stabilization. Any deposit testifies to the integrity of the wine. Wine obtained with Spontaneous Fermentation with Indigenous Yeasts present on the skins of the grapes themselves. The grapes are hand-picked, then destemmed and placed in steel fermenters where the must remains in constant contact with the skins and ferments at a controlled temperature for about 28 days, followed by soft pressing. Aging in steel tanks on its own fine lees for about 8 months and then bottling Unfiltered and Unstabilized Wine, any deposit on the bottom is an indication of Authenticity. Marina Palusci, Winery.
