Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu from Shiga. Juicy, fruity, and as squeaky clean as Nama. It's a beautiful all-rounder that will take you on a journey into the castle town of Minakuchi, Shiga, where Mifuku Shuzo has been making sake for over a century. Mifuku is committed to the traditional style of brewing 'Yamahai Jikomi', a traditional slow fermentation technique at low temperatures requiring extra time and care, which gives this sake serious width and depth in flavour. Serve chilled.
