Magic of Juju is a négoce wine which changes its composition a little each year. This year it is all sourced from the same Loire grower.
The 2024 vintage is a blend of 60% Chenin Blanc, 20% Chardonnay and 20% Sauvignon Blanc, all from vines that are on average of 30 years old.
After a slow press, it was fermented and aged for 8 months in barrels on fine lees for 50% of the Chenin Blanc and all of the other varieties.
The rest of the Chenin Blanc was fermented and aged in stainless steel vats. The wine was blended a few weeks before bottling in May 2025.
The Mosse tasting notes are “A dry and extremely fresh white, with notes of white fruits and herbs, a long and savory finish. A wine that makes you thirsty.” We’re not arguing.
