De-stemmed and left on skins for 4 days. Wild yeast fermentation. 4 month maturation in old 300L French Oak Hogheads. 12% Alc/Vol. Approx 7.1 standard drinks. 750mL Bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphur.
