Ultra-smooth dark chocolate (70%) infused with sweet, tangy, blood orange and a touch of creamy vanilla. Take a piece in your mouth and let it slowly melt on your tongue. Crafted from beans grown in Virunga National park, Africa's oldest nature reserve & the home of the last Mountain Gorillas. The farmers are working to protect the gorillas, and their beans reflect this wondrous region, creating rich chocolate with notes of dark fruits, earthy forest floor, smoky tobacco. 70g.
Meet Ocelot – specialty organic chocolate handmade in a micro chocolate factory in Dundee, Scotland. Founded by Matt & Ish Broadbent, the Ocelot team is passionate about organic, ethical & sustainable practices. The cocoa farmers they work with are given more than a living income (1.78 x the Fairtrade Premium), and for every bar bought one tree is planted. Ocelot's farmers nurture the trees, handpick the cocoa pods and hand-separate the beans for fermentation. The cocoa beans are sun dried and hand-peeled, before processing. All of their chocolate is OF&G certified organic, crafted with unrefined cane sugar and no preservatives or emulsifiers. Ocelot's packaging is made from sustainable paper stock and the inner film is 100% home & industrial compostable!
