Donesco comes from the younger vineyards (more then 10 years old) of the winery. The climate change has particularly influenced the characteristics of these vineyards, in which the grapes are more exposed to the seasonal variations. 100% Sangiovese spontaneously fermented and elevage in cement and steel tanks for about two years.
