Paltrinieri - NV Lambrusco di Sorbara Radice

This wine has made MANY a Lambrusco convert. Nestled amongst the sparklings made by Cantina Paltrinieri is something of a wild oddity - a bone dry, pink, fizzy wine from Emilia-Romagna in the north of Italy. Dusty pale pink/orange, unfiltered, with notes of citrus, violet, dried cherry, raspberry, stone fruit, and grapefruit. Absolutely perfect as an aperitif. As a digestif. As any-tif. Pet nat lovers will appreciate its fruit and wine lovers will appreciate it (we just know they will).
