Plantation Rum is a highly revered rum distillery, sourcing materials from the mosaiced terroirs of the Caribbean Islands. Production is predominanetly on the islands, but some are sent to Cognac, France, to be aged at their sister distillery, Maison Ferrand. This rum is an excellent introduction to the spirit, highly drinkable but still complex - pepper, prune, molasses and forest. It's perfect for mixing too, so if you've a proclivity towards tiki, we would highly recommend.
