50% grenache and 50% cinsault, 10 days carbonic maceration, rested in tank for just a few months, the early release cuvee. 

We opened a bottle Romain gave us whilst in Mallorca in June. A salty warm afternoon, enjoyed pre dinner. Handles a chill with ease and joy, crunchy and slurpy, the fruit is plump and juicy. A lovely edge of mediterranean herbs and earthy undertones. Supple. Blackberries, plums, fruit density with freshness. A wine that truly reflects the beauty of this magnificent vintage.
