Saison - Rabarbaro

This isn’t the bright pink stuff, this is the intense, dark side of rhubarb.

Smokey dried rhubarb root, fresh rhubarb root, cacao husk, un-roasted green coffee and saffron. All blended into Victorian moscato base wine and aged in ex pinot French oak puncheons for a touch over two years. Dark, intense and one for the already initiated bitter drinker. - Dave Verhuel, Saison.
