This year’s Saison summer vermouth release sees the original aperitif evolve into something new, but still with a nod to its past. Multiple white flower varieties lend their aromatic qualities to this sweet bianco-style vermouth - jasmine, elderflower, white rose and chrysanthemum blossoms - wild picked and organically farmed alongside an infusion of white peaches grown on the outskirts of Melbourne. The base is of Victorian moscato and frontignac, bittered with fresh wormwood and cinchona, and aged in stainless steel. Fresh, fragrant and lipsmackingly delicious, and 17% abv. - Dave Verheul.
