Sextant Julien Altaber - 2021 Bourgogne Blanc

Chardonnay that screams everything alive and vibrant. So much length, tingly and mouth coating acid. Little mirabelles and apples and pears and all the fruits of the orchard. Although it is labelled as a humble Bourgogne Blanc, the vineyards that Julien maintains around Saint Aubin and in the Cote Chalonnaise, which is famed for its terroir. We think that this wine has a very interesting life ahead of it, if you can hold onto it for long enough :)
