Silver Street is an independent chocolate maker crafting small batch, single origin chocolate in Arncliffe, Sydney. They source, roast, refine and wrap onsite. They work directly with farmers and cocoa producers to create transparent, fair trade chocolate

Their Blonde bar is creamy yet structured, with notes of oats, caramel and creme brulee. The cacao butter is sourced from Cacaolife in Huánuco and San Martin, Peru, where cacao is hydraulically pressed to extract the oils.
