Silver Street is an independent chocolate maker crafting small batch, single origin chocolate in Arncliffe, Sydney. They source, roast, refine and wrap onsite. They work directly with farmers and cocoa producers to create transparent, fair trade chocolate
Their Milk bar is creamy yet structured, with whispers of caramel. The cacao is sourced from Duarte Province, Öko-Caribe, Dominican Republic. Sourced from ~165 famers, and fermented centrally before solar drying.
