Table beers are light bodied, low alcohol beers that were popular in medieval Belgium and France. They were designed as a casual beer that could be enjoyed by the masses at mealtimes. Little One includes a large percentage of wheat and oats to provide additional body. It is fermented with a mixed culture of Belgian Abbey and Brettanomyces Claussenii yeast to provide complex fruit and spice notes.
