Sobremesa’s first canned beer! Woo! An old world saison, brewed with 100% Australian grown grains. Established in 2020, but already showing the insight and prowess that ensures a long and vibrant future. Casey and Hannah started Sobremesa Fermentary & Blendery after many years surrounded by passionate Marlborough growers and makers. The project is an ongoing exploration into a love for farmhouse ales that are fermentation driven, nuanced and highly drinkable. Local ingredients, rustic traditions and agriculturally focused.
