Two vintages in a row have sealed it: this Sauvignon Blanc is something special. At first, we thought it was us, but it’s the vineyard. It’s unmistakably Sauvignon, yet so subtle, so quietly assured. White currants, quandong, and hibiscus wrap around the customary (but restrained) guava and passionfruit, with hints of gunflint and the softest trace of damask rose.
