After working for many years in the industry as a sommelier, then wine distributor / importer (a renowned importer of natural wines from Georgia), Tim Stock is finally living his dream of making his own wines. Les Fruits wines are crafted with fruit from Adelaide Hills, Barossa & McLaren Vale — all farmed using organic/biodynamic principals. Winemaking is natural, more no-fi than lo-fi, to produce the purest expressions possible. For the price you pay, these wines are quite frankly unbelievable. Pristine, balanced, impossible-not-to-love.
